- At 749 AM CDT, The heavy rain from earlier thunderstorms has
ended. However, flooding of low-lying areas, creeks and
streams is likely continuing in the warned area. Between 2
and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.

Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison and Washington AR and
Oklahoma, including the following counties, Adair, Cherokee,
Craig, Creek, Delaware, Mayes, McIntosh, Muskogee, Nowata,
Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Osage, Ottawa, Pawnee, Rogers, Sequoyah,
Tulsa, Wagoner and Washington OK.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Widespread rains are expected overnight into the morning on
Saturday. Recent heavy rains will allow for rapid onset flash
flooding across the watch area.
